Ademola Rabiu

Ademola obtained a BSc (Hons) and MSc (Chemical Engineering) in 1994 and 1999 respectively from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and working towards his PhD with the University of Cape Town working on Fischer Tropsch Synthesis. He lectures in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
Ademola’s main area of research includes catalysis for conversion of natural and renewable products to energy; process synthesis, integration and optimization and systems modelling and simulation. He is the HySA System Spoke Contact and Principal Investigator at CPUT (2009 till date) where he is responsible for project management as well as student supervision for the spoke’s activities in the development of modelling and simulation tools for High Temperature PEM Fuel Cell-based Combined Heat and Power Systems.
