HySA Systems’ PhD and MSc Bursaries

HySA Systems (www.hysasystems.com) is offering several PhD and MSc bursaries covering a range of research areas in Hydrogen Fuel Cells, related technologies and their integration into Stationary Power (SP) and Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV) applications.

Some of the projects include PEM Fuel cell stack modelling, testing and development, metal hydride based materials, systems and compressors, system integration in SP and FCV applications, materials development for fuel cell applications etc

Students with a background in Chemistry, Physics and Nanotechnology can apply.

The bursary will be offered for three years, covering tuition fees and an allowance of R160 000 per year for PhDs, and for MSc tuition fees and R100 000 per year for two years. Outstanding research will be supported by travel to national and international conferences and workshops.
